Today I took a walk and discovered they put a big statue of Sekhmet in front of the Egyptian Museum. She's pissed off and wants to eat the kids.

It's a strange thing for me, seeing Halloween celebrations. Well, it's at least a ten years that Halloween it's being celebrated in Italy, but still, is not something that belong to my own tradition.

Once, we used to celebrate the first of November as the Day of the Dead*, visiting cemeteries. This Halloween thing is definitely funnier, I would have preferred acquiring a Dia de los muertos from Mexicans, though, with sugar skulls and everything. I love sugar skulls.

And seeing kids dressed up as monsters playing trick or treat is funny, is like watching one of those American movies of the eighties.

It's obviousl a mere commercial question. But I'm not the kind that throws hissy fits at every commercial things, since everyone does what they want of their money.

A sure thing is, we got damn big pumpkins in Italy! :D

Also, this is the rainbow I saw yesterday at work. Isn't lovely? Is like a postcard from somewhere in the Alps. From the seventies, with artificial colour. But accidentally, these colours are real :)

*With no zombies. At least, not usually...

For everyone interested, I have re-uploaded the third chapter of Sinner Dragon. I have rescued the old pages from scratches, and now everything should be in place, at least I hope so.

'The Vampire's Law' is up, and I'm somewhat embarassed about my old drawing style... but it's been seven years, so it's normal that I don't recognize myself into it anymore.

I took a sabbatical week, 'cause I had something to do in the real life™, and a commission to finish. But I'm still here. Archetypes should be updated at the end of the current week, or the start of the next one, at worst. See you :)

Hello everyone!
Archetypes is back, after a long hiatus. I'm a winter artist, is very hard for me to keep up with indoor activities when is hot and sunny outside. With the cold weather, I guess you'll get more updates :)
I'll switch the pages in color, with the occasional black and white one, because I can work faster and update more frequently. Hope you'll like it.
